Crystal Fantasy is a spiritual store located at 264-266-268 N. Palm Canyon Drive in downtown Palm Springs. We have been serving the desert community since 1987 offering gifts, crystals, jewelry, books, music and assorted treasures. Our new 5000 sq ft expansion allows us to offer classes, workshops and spiritual cinema for 1 to over 100. Our mission is to spiritually uplift and work towards a greater good. We help those seeking spiritual healing and enlightenment through classes and consultations to put them on the path leading to a higher power. We support our fellow man and community and hope to serve as a guiding light. Crystal Fantasy's Body Mind Spirit Celebration will be held again in downtown Palm Springs.

Located inside Harvest Health Foods, Luscious Lorraine's is dedicated to preparing fresh, wholesome foods done with creativity and consciousness. They use organically and locally grown produce that supports sustainable agriculture. Enjoy a specialty wrap,  salad, soup, sandwiches, wheat grass, dessert and specials of the day. Native Foods Cafe was founded 15 years ago by Chef Tanya Petrovna, who has been featured on The Food Network and is the author of two cookbooks. Her vision is chef-crafted, home-made, vegan food using fresh, healthy ingredients. Native Foods has attracted acclaim in Zagat, USA Today, Vegetarian Times and numerous other publications.

William De La Campa's Nature's Health Food & Cafe is a Palm Springs local's haven.  They serve vegan/vegetarian food in the cafe and you can cozy up to the organic juice bar where they serve things like date shakes and acai smoothies as well as the espresso coffee bar.  The store is filled with vitamins, supplements, herbs, homeopathic remedies, beauty aids, ionized waters and much more.

How it Happened

There is no mystery to healthy eating. My answer is organic, whole foods in their natural form, as close to nature as possible. I came to that realization, like many people do, because at the age of 24, I was diagnosed with a life threatening illness, breast cancer.

What I changed about my eating was everything from the M.A.D. / S.A.D. diet I was raised on (Mexican-American-Diet/Standard-American-Diet), supplemented with heavily processed “junk” foods common in modern American diets. I began educating myself on organic, whole foods. The importance of an organic whole foods diet became evident to me, it became my way of life.
